Gastronomia

A breathtaking cuisine

Valencian Paella

Valencian paella is a traditional Spanish dish, originating from the Valencia region. It is a rice specialty, cooked in a wide and shallow pan (the paellera), and enriched with typical ingredients such as chicken, rabbit, green beans (ferraura), white beans (garrofó), tomato, saffron and olive oil. Unlike the better-known seafood versions, Valencian paella follows the original country recipe, enhancing the authentic flavors of tradition.

Majorero Cheese

The famous goat cheese from Fuerteventura, creamy with an intense flavor, often aged and covered with paprika or gofio. It has obtained the Protected Designation of Origin (PDO).

Goat Meat Stew
